About Me
My name is Louie and my path into this work started long before I became a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician in California. For years alcohol had a tight grip on my life. It pulled me away from who I was, damaged my relationships, and left me feeling disconnected from any real sense of purpose.
My turning point came when I realized I did not just need to quit drinking. I needed to rebuild the way I lived. I committed to my sobriety, replaced destructive habits with fitness and intentional routines, challenged the beliefs that were holding me back, and slowly rebuilt a life I was proud of. What I found on the other side was a sense of freedom and clarity I did not know was possible.
That personal transformation is what brought me into this field professionally. Today I work at an Intensive Outpatient Program supporting clients in early recovery as they rebuild their lives. This hands on clinical experience combined with my lived experience gives me a grounded understanding of what real change looks like including the setbacks, the identity shifts, and the breakthroughs.
My approach is straightforward. Real experience. Honest guidance. A focus on building a life that makes sobriety worth protecting. I know what it feels like to be stuck, to feel controlled by alcohol, and to question whether change is even possible. I also know what becomes possible when you start choosing the man you want to become.
Now I help men break the cycle of alcohol dependence, rebuild confidence, and create a life that feels disciplined, purposeful, and self directed. My goal is to challenge, support, and guide clients in the same way I wish someone had done for me when I was starting out.
If you are ready to take your life back, I am here to help you build the path forward.
